These industry members are often from major geotechnical firms that may look to hire UCLA students in the future. It will also give you the opportunity to really understand what geotechnical earthquake engineering is all about at UCLA and in California. You will also be able to participate in fun competitions to expand your knowledge and understanding of geotechnical engineering.
